A Christmas letter from our Managing Director, Martin Saunders
Dear colleagues, partners, suppliers and customers,
As we reach the end of another year and approach the anniversary of 40 years in business, it is a good time to reflect on 2022 as we look ahead to the future.
This past year has been another challenging one with political and economic turmoil, both on the domestic and international fronts.
On the positive side, we have been able to travel again and meet existing customers and create some new relationships. Our sales team have travelled far and wide and I would like to extend a personal note of gratitude to them.
However, 2022 has seen another year of worsening supply chain issues. This is particularly true in the semi-conductor industry. Rivertrace have effectively managed this situation and tried to minimise cost increases to our customer base where possible. Let’s hope things settle again in the coming years.
Our team has been successful in the first stage of our growth plan with the following activity;
- Strengthening our senior management team. As we continue to grow, we have welcomed David Ruff and Mark Steers (Director for Sales and Engineering respectively).
- Launch of new products. We continue to provide innovative, robust products for the marine, offshore and industrial markets. Our digital offering also continues to grow.
As we stride into 2023, our plan continues to provide solutions for our customers environmental and regulatory requirements. Our product range is continually evolving providing new and exciting opportunities each year.
We would like to thank all our distributors, partners and most importantly our dedicated employees for their ongoing hard work and commitment each year.
Lastly to our customers. We appreciate your business. We work hard to listen to what is required and deliver solutions that meet and go beyond expectations
