Whenever necessary, he offers support to the engineering and sales team and actively seeks out new growth opportunities for our businesses. Mike has always loved working with his hands which has borne his love for engineering and technology.
Jill Coomber
Director
Having been with Rivertrace for over 35 years, Jill offers valuable guidance and sound advice for our staff in all HR matters. She also supports our accounts team on a day-to-day basis. Outside of work, Jill has a passion for gardening and loves to travel.
Martin Saunders
Managing Director
Our ship’s captain is Martin, who oversees the daily operations of Rivertrace and Solar Solve, as well as guiding the two businesses’ strategic direction. Martin is also a passionate sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing golf and football.
Andy Hansen
Finance Director
Andy’s career at the company has been a success story, as he worked his way up from being a Sales and Accounts Coordinator to the Director of Finance. He manages both Rivertrace and Solar Solve accounts and ensures that we consistently improve our margins. Apart from his financial responsibilities, Andy also organises our fantasy football league, where he performs better than he would on an actual pitch.
Gillian Lovering
Commercial Manager
Gillian plays a critical role in bridging our Sales and Engineering teams. She focuses on developing custom project enquiries, managing all product approvals and certifications, and leading our marketing efforts. Gillian enjoys spending time outside, hiking with her dog or unwinding in a beer garden during her free time.
George Morrison
Regional Sales Manager
Meet George, our Regional Sales Manager overseeing Europe, the Americas, and Africa. With a focus on supporting our Channel Partners and serving customers across these regions, George brings extensive expertise in the marine industry. When he’s not on the road, you’ll likely find him enjoying a round of golf.
Graham North
Regional Sales Manager
Graham serves as our Senior Sales Manager, based in Asia, where he manages all our crucial OEMs, channel partners, and customers in the region. His extensive experience, knowledge, and connections play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Outside of work, Graham enjoys shopping and has a fondness for red wine.

Introducing Kevin, our Sales Operations Manager who leads the Sales Office Team and ensures that all back-end sales processes are shipshape to meet our customers’ high expectations. With two daughters, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and reliability to the table. Plus, he’s definitely someone you’d want on your pub quiz team!

Andy, with over 20 years of experience at Rivertrace, he serves as our Senior Project Design Engineer, overseeing all aspects of product design and managing bespoke projects. Outside of work, Andy enjoys traveling, particularly when there’s a golf course nearby, combining his passion for exploration with his love for the game.

Meet Andy, our Product Support Manager, he’s our product guru! Andy leads the charge on all fronts, from spearheading new product development and upgrades to providing crucial support to our remote support team and Training Service Engineers. He thrives in hands-on work and finds his greatest joy in fishing, camping, and riding dirt bikes during his downtime.

Ian serves as our Stores Manager, entrusted with overseeing inventory stock checks, ensuring timely picking of components for production build orders, and shipping products promptly to meet customer deadlines.

Workshop Manager
Tony is responsible for overseeing our workshop and ensuring the efficient management throughput calibrations, and product quality control. He provides valuable guidance and support to the wider team. Outside of work, Tony enjoys cycling.

Lisa plays a pivotal role in our organisation, anchoring her efforts in the realms of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance (QA) and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems. She extends her expertise across the business, providing essential support to ensure operations run seamlessly. Outside of her professional commitments, Lisa cherishes her moments with her two daughters and relishes unwinding with a glass of prosecco, balancing her work life with personal joys and relaxation.
