This is a free-to-access digital portal, that can be retrieved at any time via desktop and mobile browsers allowing users to access important information relating their devices, including Calibration Certificates, Type Approval Certificates, Declaration of Conformity and Product Manuals.
Upon registration of the device, you will be able to download your Digital Calibration Certificate.
How to register
- Go to portal.rivertrace.com
- Sign In or click ‘New Customer Registration’ and follow onscreen instruction
- Once verified, you will land on the Customer Dashboard. Click on Device Registration tab on the left navigation panel.
- Enter the Part Number and Serial Number of your SMART CELL. This will be identifiable by the Silver label on the front of the Calibrated SMART CELL. Note the Part number is the 1st 6 digits followed by the Serial Number e.g.
- Enter the IMO number of the Vessel you are installing the device onto. This will automatically add the details of the vessel for you to verify.
- You will then be able to download your electronic Calibration Certificate and product manuals from the Registered Devices List. This will show a list of all registered devices under your account.
