Rivertrace has recruited two new director positions to strengthen the leadership of the senior management team. These changes are in line with the company’s strategic plan and vision as we continue to grow and expand our product portfolio and customer led solutions.
Mike Coomber has moved to the role of Executive Chairman. Mike has grown the company over the last 30+ years to its position today. He continues to be actively involved in the business with major input into the strategic direction and new and existing product ideas and upgrades.
Martin Saunders shifts upwards from Operations Director to Managing Director. Martin has been with the company for over four years and has contributed strongly to the digital transformation of Rivertrace. Martin is responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan and objectives and day-to-day decision-making.
David Ruff joined the company in June 2022 as Director of Sales. David is a highly experienced sales professional and leader with valuable experience in similar industries to those Rivertrace is operating in. David will complement our fantastic sales team.
Mark Steers is the latest recruit and joins us in the position of Director of Engineering and will spearhead the Engineering and Workshop teams. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and will help us push on with our R&D plan, evolve our existing product range and support our existing customer base.
Andrew Hansen is the Finance Director responsible for the financial health of the business. Andy has been with Rivertrace for over a decade rising through the ranks and has become an integral part to the strategic growth vision.
