All elements of the system have been fully maintained

ISO 9001:2015 approval following BSI audit

by Gillian Lovering

Rivertrace has successfully passed its ISO 9001:2015 audit with BSI again with no non-conformances. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, but in the midst of a lot of doom and gloom it’s a pleasure to be able to share some good news stories.

Our auditor, mentioning how impressive it was to maintain and develop our processes during a restricted period, wrote the following:

“The organisation continues to demonstrate a progressive, considered and wholesome approach throughout. Visible core principles align well with those of the standard and implementation of academic management principles are demonstrates.

It is clear that in terms of strategy the development of infrastructure and resource has taken a priority. It seams as though, whilst work levels were reasonably well maintained throughout the pandemic there was sufficient slack that step changes in support elements and change programmes could be realised. Both in terms of space for consideration, but also for implementation.

All elements of the system have been fully maintained and to the same levels irrespective of the global crisis.

An impressive organisation has demonstrated full compliance and healthy appetite for progression and doing things right.”
